harborlite stuff

I was thumbing an old mag and ran across an ad for Harborlite frames and such. I was wondering is any of their stuff still around. There was a "Chicken" George Seevers bike breakdown in one mag listing him running a Harborlite mini stem, looked like a DK. Just curious.

Re: harborlite stuff

i'm not sure if it's true or not, but it was relayed to me that the stems where actually made by DK, sans the logo of course.

here's a couple ads for reference.....

Re: harborlite stuff

Cool, so I guess they basically were DKs with modifications.

Re: harborlite stuff

It's a shame we're the only (3) people who seem to be interested in Bicycle Harbor/Harborlite products, so much so the "thread" was negated to the "Reference & Research" forum! lol

....just kidding!
