Re: Let's see them RACE INC's

That ball burnished RA10 frame and fork on the shelf used to be mine. Found it in a storage semi trailer in the back of my LBS. The black decal on the bottom of the seat tube says "Little Ade's Racing Pekin, IL".
Also the black Basher I just posted is now going to that same collection too.

Re: Let's see them RACE INC's

These are 2 1984 Race Inc. prototype frames , silver is a RA-9 untouched as found frame and black one is a RA-9 spraybombed  I took some polish to area on stay and wiped it with towel and it is a polished frame under the black I removed a sticker from downtube and exposed more polished tubing.
These were found in a business attic and they had been there since mid 80s   they were given to a guys dad from a guy who worked at race inc. Gardena ca. and was a machinist /fabricator/welder . These both have pk ripper dropouts and serial numbers and they both have small bottom brackets . The black frame has grinder marks on lower stay I believe the frame was used for crank clearance dimensions.   http://uploads.bmxmuseum.com/user-images/85267/img_20190126_1301111205c4cb15b2e.jpg

Re: Let's see them RACE INC's

It was sometime around this time in 1978 when I purchased my 1977 RA-7.  Happy B-Day, Goldie!  Still my favorite ride after 40+ years.

Still digging these. Wonder whatever happened to the third one identical to these that I use to own. Same deal. PK serial, unthreaded euro BB RA9. What did you do with the RA10?

Radicalnick the top frame is how it started, I peeled a sticker off it and exposed the shiny original finish , then chemically stripped it.
