That's about as perfect as they get. Those gold bars really add to it...Has that frame been repainted? it looks new?

Re: 1983 Torker L.P. Long

So here's the story about the slidehammer and this Torker

Found the bike on a Dutch CL... when I did the breakdown I discovered a stucked seatpost in the tube.
Made myself a slidehammer and removed the post from the seat-tube with extra heat. wink

Re: 1983 Torker L.P. Long

Wow brilliant work. The colour way is outstanding. After reading the torker story that looks really rare to have that gusset and with the round hole. Don't you think???

TUU XXXXX 0 serial# means febr. 83
Machined headtube & round gusset = rare

Re: 1983 Torker L.P. Long

Yes. The Pro X On here states they came in late 1983 with redline gusset. Maybe not a pro after all? Any one else have any ideas?

Your bike is amazing! I love it.
