Great bike! How come ithas V brake mounts on it? DOyou think it was raced for quite a while and they swapped from an MX1000 or Pitbull by weilding V brake mounts to the frame?

Re: 1984 Pantha Assassin Team 24

What's the deal with a team frame? This looks like a bike I raced as a 12-14 year old. It was a chrome Assasin bought new from Penny Farthing Cycles in Auckland. I put a power disc on it and XC II pedals and at first CW cruiser bars and later Hutch bars. Are those Hutch bars or just grips?

I have a US shipping address.
