Genesis doesn't have IPR of anything. What they have is a squatted trademark in Canada. If I remember correctly, Hutch isn't the only big name they grabbed. Different countries have different laws when it comes to IPR, TM's, etc. As long as they keep those things in Canada and they look nothing like legitimate Hutch Hi-Performance BMX product, there's not much I am going to do. But if they try to import those into the US, then I hope Genesis has deep pockets.

Actually you are correct, they always make you wait. The courts define how many days within they must pay by (usually 30), and they always wait until the second to last day and pay the extra to FedEx the check overnight. lol
