Would love to find my old Dirt Bike.  It was stolen in Pompano Beach, Florida in about 1996.  It's a '92 with the block graphics on a Green frame.  Pitchforks, Slam bars, King Headset, GT (DK-style) stem and GT/Profile cranks.  Superlace hubs.  Would really love to put this back in my collection.

Re: Obscure/rare Midschool Brands thread

The one and only Mountain Goat BMX bike.  Jeff Lindsay (the founder of Mountain Goat Bicycles) hand made this prototype to gauge interest at the annual bike dealers show around 1996.  Since it was the only one made, it is probably safe to assume that interest was fairly modest.

This frame has a 21.75 inch top tube and weighs 3 lbs. 11 oz.   Quite light for the day.

Nick, you know I also have a like-new set of Club Roost pedals, as well as a Club Roost seatpost.  Have we already talked about this?

I think we have talked about it, but I never saw yours, or you were riding the wrong bike the night we talked or something. I knew they were an MTB/DJ/downhill company but I could never really find much more than that hmm

Pretty sure you saw this bike on a mass in the last few years right? I cleaned those up and put em on when I rebuilt it.

Continuing the Webco Mentos theme, I very nearly picked this one up last year:-

Check out my 1983 VDC-built Trident, 1983 Kuwi Laserlite, 2011 Crupi race rig and prototype Quamen, plus the all things Crupi & old school scene in Japan threads. Always interested in buying used, mid-school race plates.
