I just bought one, and have yet to change any parts.  It's a pretty solid frame, and I'm a big guy, at 6'2", 240lbs.  Great bike, all in all, for $100.

My son has one.  It's 37 pounds.  Besides the short and narrow bars and the weight it's a good ride for the price.
