1980 Diamond Back TK

very rare and super hard to find bmx frame

Diamondback TK frame (thanks halsencrew)
Diamondback dual dropout forks
Race Inc Pro bars
KKT platform pedals (Nos)
Sumo wheelset (Nos)
Chin Shen fatty/shinny's
Viscount MX seat
Izume chrome chain
Dura-Bull stem (Nos)
SST Dirtskirt (Nos)
Tioga Headset (Nos)
Red fluted seatpost (OZ Bmx)
Ame grip
i got this frame from a member on here halsencrew (thanks) and my friends at Bikefactory waipio helped put it together, thanks guys. this bike a true rider and gets looks everywhere i ride it. most bmx guys have never seen a TK before and think diamondbacks were only looptails. TK's have always been my fav diamondbacks. right now i'm just looking for the OG sticker kit for this frame and dual dropout forks.

i do enjoy this bike. this bike is really quick off the line and handles pretty good. i build all of my bikes to ride and this one is going to get ridden, bunny hopped, manualed and everything else. thats what they were for back then and they can still do it now. big_smile

That paint is sick ! Looks to be 90's road bike inspired

This DB looks insane and that paint job works so well with your parts colour choices.
