1980 SE Racing P.K. Ripper
1980 SE Racing P.K. Ripper
The bike I always wanted all those years ago.
Built up how I probably would have built it, 1979 style.
Cycle Pro forks (Pre Landing Gear)
Araya 7Bs
Cheng Shin 20x1.75 rear
Aggressor MX 20x2.125 front.
Shimano quick change, MX hubs.
Sugino 44T chainwheel and Addicks spider with HKK chain, hooked up to the 16T rear cog.
Takagi CrMo MX cranks with KKT K-MX pedals.
Kashimax MX seat.
Tuf Neck with Race Inc. chromoly bars.
Shimano MX quick release brake.
Whenever someone says, "I'm not book smart, but I'm street smart," all I hear is, "I'm not real smart, but I'm imaginary smart."

Very cool color!
Always looking for Cook Bros. stuff, vintage SE stuff, MCS 6 bolt Super stems, and Race Inc. Leading Edge/Cycle Pro/BMX innovations 20" forks. All NOS or in very nice condition.

Very "true" build, Mark.
I love it!

A nice old school pk ripper. I really like the color scheme and the pad set choice. Very well done man.......
