83 quad
I had this built up before with a CW seatpost and one piece cranks. Changed out the bars for Hutch pro bars, Redline 401 half wraps and a GT seatpost.

Thanks for the comments. It is a fun ride. I am still messing with the stem. I need a black one. I am going to throw a blue tuff neck on for now. I was getting out of bmx by 1981 and my magazine collection ends there as well, so I am not sure what would be an era correct desirable stem. Any suggestions would be appreciated.
