Re: 2001 Schwinn Mean Street
Okay, well that's just an awesomely cool frame, isn't it?
I want one. If I ever come across one, I'll have something to use for a mid-school build.

The Mean Street graphics were designed after the Van Halen logo & guitar. Here is the official cease and desist letter from Van Halen’s lawyers. The cease in production of the Mean Street frame caused Schwinn to collapse. They filed Chapter 11 bankruptcy and I was riding for Fit by 2002.

Re: 2001 Schwinn Mean Street
I saw that last week, along with Van's initial sketch for the frame. A couple of pretty cool bits of extra info on this.
