Show what ur Long distance bike looks like.

was good forum not sure if there is a topic like this and not sure if it is the right place to put it up. LMK.

anyways we all agree that BMX is a big part of us. I like it and U like it and They like it. There is lots of us that ride something different for long distance.

Lets show off our 26 inch Road Bike or 26 inch Fixie or 26 inch Cyclo Cross.  Show what u use to cruise with ur Road Bike Friends.

ill start this show.

2006 Bianchi "San Jose". (Cyclo Cross)
Mods:     Road Bike Tires. Blue walls
Blue Tape to go with the blue wall
Blue Chain to go with Blue walls and blue tape.
This is what i use to rid with the homies that have Road Bikes. o by the way its a single speed and i still kill them.cool

Re: Show what ur Long distance bike looks like.

What do you consider long distance?

6-11 miles on this:
http://i464.photobucket.com/albums/rr8/muphasta1/DSC06433.jpg

Of course, I used to ride road bikes and 25-50 miles was the norm. I'm in no condition to ride that far regardless of bike right now.

Nice bunch of long haulers on this thread, I'm almost finished with my Bianchi 'Campione de Italia' (at the back on the stand) and if my acl is back together this spring I'll be on it. I make roadies like you guys build bmx so a stockpile of goodies is always at hand.

I've also been running this Super Course because it has carbon fiber chainstays that give my old ass some cushion on bad pavement.

Well, if you want to keep it 26", your bike doesn't fit the bill either does it? 700cc is larger than 26".

If you want to exclude bmx bikes, the thread belongs in the everything else section.
