First Year For Canti's

I picked this Frame/Fork/Stem/Headset combo from the bay for a decent price. Wanted to put together a cruiser for my dad as he used to race it BITD.
UPDATE: He decided to give it back because it hurt his knees too much to ride so I upgraded it. Now it's my cruiser!
