2010 Salvo First Fire Pro

The latest Salvo "First Fire" out of production.

This is the 4th Salvo "First Fire" of the line and this frame is fitted with some killer parts and set up to be super smooth, light, fast and responsive.
Changes on this model as opposed to the previous couple is that the seat and chain stays have been left open and cleaned up as a design feature as well as a 6mm shorter headset to drop the overall ride slightly lower. The seat post have also been machined down to combat weight. The frame is welded up by a coded aeronautical welder and the material is 100% aircraft grade 4130 Chromoly, before it is post weld heat treated. Most companies nowadays weld up tubing that has been pre-heat treated, but that still leaves you with a weakened weld area, and although it cost more, we insist that post weld heat treatment is worth it creating a super strong and stable frame.Other features include an integrated headset, laser cut drop outs and seat stay bridge as well as trick machined out Euro BB.Some of the parts this bike is fitted with includes, Profile 182mm cranks with Titanium spindle, 39T Profile sprocket, Hollow pin chain, Tioga Spider seat, Profile hubs, S&M Slam bars, S&M Pitch forks, Tioga Powerblock tires and last but not least, the bike is fitted with a retro Salvo 56mm stem.Enjoy it guys!!
