Hell yeahh, or just get some steelwull and shine it up best as you can and get new grips and tires, that looks like all it really needs! probably should regress the bearing just to be safe also. so restore it, or just getting it in riding condition could give it a cool rat rod kinda look, whatever ya do just don't throw it away!  yikes
