Re: 2009 SE Racing P.K. Ripper The Hundreds 26

I have one of these but it still has yet to touch the ground.

How does it ride???

I'm trying to find a white rear tyre to keep the original in perfect nick and still go for a ride on her.

Your second photo really show the detail on the paintwork, which most photos's miss.

I know this is a love or hate type bike, but I love it enough to have ordered on for me to pick up while I was on my honeymoon in Hawaii.

Re: 2009 SE Racing P.K. Ripper The Hundreds 26

@ aussieidiot ... all stock parts at 29.2 lbs it rides a little heavy for me around on the streets and hills of San Francisco. I dropped the weight to 26.2 lbs with the addition of 1.4" tires and took it out for another ride. I am loving the feel of the ride as it feels more like I am on a 20" at my age. The slick tires feel really nice on the streets and I can still ride on hard packed dirt. I'm not sure if I am going to go back to 24" as the 26" just feels so good and I have access to better tire selections for 26" wheels. I plan on dropping the weight down after I get my hands on a 2010 700c SE Racing PK Ripper Fixed bike. I think I got a little PK addiction after getting this bike. It's the closest thing to a JMC Racing bike that I can get my hands on in our current times. I can see the new OM's riding a little better with a shorter chainstay. I plan on getting another 26" after the 700c. I'm hoping SE Racing will release another 26" PK Ripper with the geometry or better than the 2010 OM Flyers.

Thank you on the photo detail. I thought I would post it cause it was something I didn't see in other photos on the web. My first plan was to strip the paint completely and get it powder coated, but after seeing the detail in person, I decided to keep the stock paint job until it wears out. One thing that I didn't capture is the detail on the white paint. Same as the black, but over white... it's really nice!!

No doubt... I'd buy one more, if I see another one and I have money in my pocket. This bike is a keeper... :D

Re: 2009 SE Racing P.K. Ripper The Hundreds 26

Your killing me! This is a killer PK Ripper very very NICE! I just hope SE makes them again in 24 or 26inch.  I've been thinking its time for a Big Ripper next.

I don't know what I'd do if anything ever happened to my girlfriend. But first, I'd
probably burn my clothes....
I'm wasting my time trying to come come up with a good quote, so, out of anger, I'm going to waste your time by having you read this one.... Mr T pities the emos, thats why they're sad...

Generally, I hate it when people have different color rims front & back, but in this case it makes sense and looks correct. GREAT looking ride!

I like to wear sneakers on my hands because it's much better when you crash - and if you're wearing sneakers on your hands, you're gonna crash.
