1994 Redine Proline

The bike that started it all for me

When I was 15 I got a brand new Redline Proline for my bday.  As many do I sold it shortly after getting my liscense and always regretted losing it.  In April 2010 I came across this on Cl.  Its gone through a lot of small changes; different wheels (NOS powerlite) with hand polished lip, double pinch flight cranks, era correct redline chainwheel, Have a few changes going on, but here it is so far.

Re: 1994 Redine Proline

Thank you sir! Right now its my "baby" that gets all the special parts.  I hope to get some factory decals reproduced (i bought a frame just for that purpose) and I will be all smiles after that :)

Re: 1994 Redine Proline

How much is 1995 Redline proline worth?
It would be great to know because I bought one for £20, but it has a lot of after market parts on it. but with the original mint decals.
Thanks,
James

p.s Love your Bike!

Re: 1994 Redine Proline

I think it depends, I paid 200 for this one, it was complete and in perfect shape (just didnt have correct parts on it)  And I picked up a F/F for 25 with og decals still on it.  So I think its the Price of the parts that kind of make the bike.  Its a really nice strong frame, but nothing extremely exotic either.
