I realized about 20 minutes ago that yesterday was my 20th anniversary of quitting smoking, cold turkey! No patch, no meds, no nothing other than will power.

Good for you man!

Very few people can quit cold turkey.

LOL Pathetic is having to get a new account because you are afraid of your wife...  Your turn kitten balls.  smile

Getting your wife to beg for cheap Hutch grips for your "bday" is pathetic when you are too cheap to pay the going rate

If you are OK with your actions why the concerted effort to hide what happened?

Don't screw over those you tell your secrets...its not talkin shit if it's TRUE.

Re: Quitting smoking... day one

I smoked a pack a day, Marlboro Reds for over 25yrs. Marked the date I quit on the last pack I smoked.
Haven't touch one since, when I smell one it makes me want to gag yikes

Re: Quitting smoking... day one

I had a pack a day habit for over 33 years, finally quit cold turkey last week.  Made it through the week without patches, gum, or vapors.  I've always looked at all that stuff as a replacement to spend that cigarette money on.  I'd rather spend it elsewhere.  Willpower can go a long way if you put your mind to it. cool
