1981 Mongoose Motomag

One of 1981's most popular bikes

I found this on CL, it has its share of rust! As I write this the frame, fork, bb set and headset are soaking in vinegar. It will still need to be sandblasted and re-chromed or painted. Sugino/Mongoose 44t sprocket, made in usa ACS neck, the wheels are shot.

Dang dude, hope you had ur shots!
Don't get scratched by that rust bucket!

hope you got it for a good price, did they pay you to haul it off?
Just messing, nice find!

I'm looking for the following frames, frame & forks or completes by BMX products:
MotoTrac (nickle or chrome), Racer-X or a Super-X (with the double gussets).
Thanks wink
