26"no one can name it so far,
I found this on the streets of oakland some kid was riding it,i thought it was a champion but when i got a closer look it had a looptail drop out,top tub was more like a torker double tube,also had vintage bmx parts.

I hear they were made in Santa Cruz i have a picture of the same bike i saw in Turlock Ca about 4years ago,I bought some motorcycle parts from the dude and he had the same bike and it is red as well he said it came from a bike shop in Merced? maybe Kevin's bikes? will post picture of it here soon.Iam curious to know what it is too. Forks look like Mongoose KOS cruiser maybe? And he would not sell it to me i asked.
