You were going to race the 1986 Worlds? At the Slough, England BMX World Championships? On a GT Pro Performer? Seriously, on a Pro Performer?

the point if I did not miss it is this ebay seller. plays in his listing like I do not no much about GT bikes or why its scrached there. then when he gets a ebay email saying that where the serial # was. the saller replyed  basicly( DUH I have lots of GT's I know serial whent there. it was stold no go pis$ off )

so we should not just drop it!roll what if you road your OS to say a pizza joint with friends some D bag steal's a members bike. strips of serial# list it on ebay. a week to a mounth later some one sees the post here on be on the look out my bike was jacked. stold while on a bmx museum member ride. please keep a eye out.  if no body post squat about some one selling a serial less bike on ebay. guess what guy could have got bike back. but  if you or no one  said squat!roll  SEE ITS GOOD PEOPLE POST THIS STUFF!!!!!!!!!

Look, what I'm saying is that the eBay dude has 3250 sales and 99.9 percent fedback... Bikes turn up without serial numbers, it happens. I've seen em sell on here several times. When a person has a good reputation, say over three thousand positive sales, then he/she is probably playing by the rules. Nofeet1hand claims to have been #5 racing a Pro Performer, so who's the idiot dude? Whatever... I would have told him the same thing, get fukn lost.

I've never seen or heard of anyone racing competitively on a Pro Performer, they’re not race bikes… Did you have pegs on it too? A rotor?

thats the same thing i was thinking reading this post...usually freestyle guys didnt race or want to race and the bikes werent set up well for tracks, especially at the National/World level, but there are exceptions to every rule i guess

That's what I'm saying... I mean, I've seen kids race on all kinds of bikes because racing is more important than the bike you are on... But if you expect me to believe that you were #5 and you got there on a Pro Performer, I'm not buying it... The dude that started this post began by calling another guy an idiot, but I'm seeing it the other way around.

Re: e-bay idiot selling stollen performer! gets it tight!

Missing Serial #? not suprising. I actually put JB weld over the serial # on my 2007 GT Jamie Bestwick Pro. and as it was setting Stamped my Initials into the JB weld.. Then again i put my bikes through so much that I will probably be the only one to own it cause I'll most likely end up breaking the frame or something major before I would ever think of selling it..

Missing #'s Don't "ALWAY"S mean stolen and I know out of everyone I bike with here in town I have inspired a few of them to use my JB trick.

So the only place to stamp your initials was over the serial # , sorry, that makes no sense at all, none, zero, nada, zilch.
