Happy to see this thread being bumped! I have a Thruster project on the backburner, so need the inspiration!
I just picked one up...
Check out my 1983 VDC-built Trident, 1983 Kuwi Laserlite, 2010 GT Ultrabox 2, 2011 Crupi race rig and prototype Quamen, plus the all things Crupi & old school scene in Japan threads. Always interested in buying used, mid-school race plates.

Re: Thruster
Here is my short lived first gen Thruster Tri Power Cruiser. The way to tell if it's a first gen cruiser is the rear brake bridge is curved(not flat with a "T" stamped in it) and the top tube is 22 1/2 long where as the 2nd gen is 22". Thruster built these long cruisers for about 6 month's then stopped building them because the frames were breaking. They shortened the top tube and changed the brake bridge on the second gen. Original chrome, stickers and pad set. This won the 1st place 2020 Covid build off for the Cruiser class.

Gotta admit -- this is the first Thruster that I've liked. Very nice build.
