1984 Blue Max
1984 Blue Max
Pro Class Stylee
I wanted to do a mongoose blue max with some nice parts since essentially the F&F is a cali but mongoose used to put some cheaper bits on them as stock BITD. I picked it up as a really tidy survivor frame and forks a while back - the frame was really clean with real nice original decals as the bike had been housed from new and looks as if it was well looked after.
I used the frame and forks, tange stamped BB, tange stamped headset and unstamped takagi crank and then set about getting all the parts I wanted for it........
I had a one of a kind pad-set made for it as i wasn't too keen on the original stem pad style.
I'm well pleased how she's turned out - Hope you like it too !
