and hes getting back in racing (cruiser class)  I sure hope he aint testing the Uni seats..

Well I guess I'll have to drive over and cheer him on. Jason was one of my first deals from the classifieds back when I first joined and I have hung out with him a couple times in real life since. I walked up, introduced myself as a museum member at a race, and he promptly gave me a free set of grips...yes the man that is so "opinionated"  on the boards sat and talked to me as if we knew each other from BITD and smiled the entire time. We hung out again recently at the PNW old school show and I just like the guy and his whole family..his son is gonna be a pro racer one day at the rate he's going. I want to shove all the drama and one-upmanship (is that a word LOL) out the window and find out more about his families health and hope to see him again. And please people...if a smart a$$ comment isn't going to change anything but is going to tear someone else down, just keep it to yourself wink

Crash is obviously a kid at heart just like most of us around here.  Is it really any more complicated than that?  Kids don't always get along and need a break from each other to do their own thang sometimes.

I'm wondering that myself.  I seem to pull parts off one bike for another only to find more parts to buy, while looking at the old spare parts that's not being used anymore.  Did I really need to buy parts in the first place??? And!!! Why aren't my bikes all back together again?  lol

Had this exact conversation with a few BMX buddies last night.....

I built the bikes to ride with the kids..... at least that was the original idea.... then it spiraled out of control.....
now everytime the kids want to go riding.... any given bike is either missing a set of bars or cranks or something...
I gotta get my sh!t together.

Happens to me too!!!!!

I went out in the garage the other day to grab a bike, it was missing grips and levers.  I was like WTF...  Did I do that?   I had to scrounge around in the garage for some grips and levers.
