1988 Schwinn Predator Free Form Pro

SOLD

NOS F+F. Fork is the same style but is not black chrome like the bike. I am building this up my way. I hope you enjoy! I'm not through yet.

I just received black gumwall YO! tires in the mail as well as a pair of Dia-Compe brake cables that match the z-mags. I have different ideas for the brakes too.

I get this question often so here it is to save everyone time. I do not have any Mongoose DMC decals left. I was lucky enough to find a small bunch of NOS decal sets in an old bike shop that no longer exists and I have since sold them all. Sorry. I wish you all the best of luck with your DMC builds.

Re: 1988 Schwinn Predator Free Form Pro

Thanks. I have some home projects going at the moment so I haven't had time to put towards this. But I am stoked to get it finished though!

Re: 1988 Schwinn Predator Free Form Pro

It is now for sale in the for sale forum. See pics for details and such. I should rephrase this...the F+F headset are for sale.

Re: 1988 Schwinn Predator Free Form Pro

It is Black Chrome. It was a stock color for this bike.

Re: 1988 Schwinn Predator Free Form Pro

I was so close and I should have finished it. I just couldn't decide on a few last parts. Sadly in hind sight I had everything I needed to finish it. I forget what happened but something caused me to just drop it and sell it off. I do regret it as it was such a sweet looking bike at the time.

Re: 1988 Schwinn Predator Free Form Pro

This is one I regret letting go. I got upset about something and ended up selling it to fund other builds. I'm wishing I would have kept it and finished it. The bike was so cool. And looking back, I cannot say what bike or parts I bought after selling it away. So it must not have been that important at the time. It was fun while it lasted though. Ha! 7 years later from my last post in this thread and I still regret letting it go.
