Re: SOLID BIKE CO. thread-throw your Solid's up here!!!

Bought this direct from the factory in 05 or 06?  Cant remember!

Frame was already well used and $40!  Some form of one off Killing Machine that had a few ideas from version 2, with an American bottom bracket to run 1 inch Solid cranks.

I wanted to build up a complete (as possible) Solid.  I tried to get a one off seatpost made so it would be even more 'complete', but wasnt convincing enough!  smile

It has since been parted out to several members of this site!

enjoi!

Re: SOLID BIKE CO. thread-throw your Solid's up here!!!

A friend of mine comissioned Solid to make two of these MTB frames.... Its the best riding MTB I have ever thrown a leg over!

I got it in trade for a motorcycle built up as it sits.

Re: SOLID BIKE CO. thread-throw your Solid's up here!!!

Why didn't someone tell me I was being called out on here!!
So, here ya go... BAM!!!

Solid Euro Killing Machine - 21"tt
They did a special Matte Clear Powder over raw without removing the tubing marks and welding scars... I just stood there staring at the "soul" it had..., forks were given a traditional Gloss Clear. The Peregrine Sealed wheels and forks were sold not too long ago to fund starting up Immortis Bike Co., I still have the bars and frame though. I have a set of matte clear B!tch Cranks as well for it... this thing was SUPER SWEET when it was together. It never sold... so I may end up putting it back together once my income is better again.

Dig out your bashguard bikes and let me know! I'm looking for a '91 Mongoose Hooligan, Dyno Slammer 2, '95 Haro Basher, . I'll consider the others too for the right price!

I was almost dead... as the electric mower was whizzing away, I could hear the mighty horn of Thanatos... but the Flintstones vitamins brought me back and I got thirsty so I went to the kitchen and got a beer... then I was back to normal.

Just keep the AOD you already have... I've seen that frame in person and I can vouch for the fact that it is nicer than both of mine!

are you being literal or figurative?

the wife was pukin last night after Street Scene here in SD. It is a big concert w/many acts. She only had 4 beers and was sick as a dog! She threw up some liquids!

If she could throw up some Solid Euro Killing Machines, I'd be mighty grateful!
