Re: 1979 SE Racing STR-1

I got to see this bike in person recently and it was my favorite bike of the whole show. Total survivor. cool

Still searching for my missing bikes from BITD. 1979 Blue Max serial: CI9 221346 and 1977 Webco serial: 42667. Both were last seen at Spoke and Sport Bicycles in Spokane, WA around 1984. $600 reward if found!!

Re: 1979 SE Racing STR-1

Looks great, nice to see these being kept up and appreciated. Every time I see an early quad in dark blue, I do a double take. Mine was stolen about 1980, and even though the insurance company paid me enough to build a new bike, I still have soft spot for the 1st real race bike I built from parts back in the day.
