2000 GT Show
2000 GT Show
2000 gt show
mostly stock, garage kept, 2nd owner, new tires, factory green gold dust paint job.
it is all stock except for the tires which are odyssey bermudas.....
i got this gt show off ebay a few years ago because i thought it would give me super flatlander powers.
this bike has a very short wheelbase, very uncomfortable for an awkwardly lanky 6'3" nerd like myself.

Re: 2000 GT Show
sweet bike , these are getting hard to find . i always wondered why these brought so much more then the vertigos and performers , they look very similar. definitely a cool bike though , and it appears to be in very nice shape .

the "gt" decals on the fork, and the little "show" decals on the top tube have worn off!
but the downtube decal and "6061 t6" and headtube badge are still there tho...

simler in look but frame geomitree is diffrent and vertigo, preformers are high ten steal. the SHOW is alumnum alloy. so thay cost more to weld/make and came with better parts bolted on.

You have to look somewhere else....you can't compare a SHOW with Vertigo & Performer.
You should check out the GT Tour
All performers came stock with crappy parts
Show and Tour had high quality cnc'ed parts everywhere...and most of these were made in the States
Definitely a sweet bike here!
Cool find.

Re: 2000 GT Show
the show actually ushered a new era in flatland bikes, up until its entry, flatland bikes of the day weighed a ton. the show has such short measures because its main designer was ruben castillo of the famous castillo brothers; I am 6 feet tall and have ridden show frames, but with taller bars and mid laidback posts, they work really well, and have great handling. after the show, which had top notch componentry, and was sold at 1200 retail, the highest for any freestyle complete up to then besides woody's golden hutch lol; flat bikes started getting smaller and lighter, now you can find 17.7 tt frames at barely 3 pounds!
