If you guys look on his web site he does list a lot for sale.  There are tons of original race photos of his son with a lot of pros also.

Sorry the pictures suck.  I took them with my cell camera.  Here is another photos of NOS CW bars, GT performer bars,  Race inc, Tioga, and revcore seatposts.

He stated that was a custom build for a customer at one time he ended up keeping.  Maybe MyNewHobby remembers what else he said about it.

Yeah, It was a custom build for someone but I think they backed out on it.  There was a price on it in a frame next to it that said 1500 DM which back then was bookoos of loot.  Reguardless, it was the best day of my life.  Duane, next time we're bringing lawn chairs and cases of beer and we are gonna sit and stare in the window until we either pass out or build up enough liquid courage to "Jack that s#!t" lol

Did you see the green German company Freestyle bike beside the Trickstar? I don't remember what it was but it was SIC! I never seen anything like it.  That JMC junior racer in the window was one of the nicest F/F sets I have ever seen!

so do you guys suppose he has had all this stuff since the 80's or what. my theory is that he had a top notch bike shop running in the 80's and then his wifes rich uncle died and left all the money to them. then he comissioned a time machine and saw how saught after these bikes would be in the future so he closed his doors and kept everything just so 25 years from then he could say he is way cooler than any of us.

I read on his website that he had the BMX shop he started in 1983 the later on restored his sons bikes (those in the front row) and bought out all the old stock from several other shops and companies.  He said some of it was his original stuff and all the race uniforms and other stuff where his sons.

Your right bro, he was way cooler than any of us or we wouldn't be on this site wishing we had all of it.  When Duane and I were talking with him, he said once his son started riding for all these companies he decided to open the store and I'm sure he was getting a lot of free sponsored things as well.  He said next time if we call, he will have his son come by and take pics and give us autographs.  We will post again on our next trip which will be to the 2009 Germany EXPO there in Karlsruhe, Germany where they're going to have a Veterans race.  What do you say Duane, lets show them how those US boys ride....lol

Did you see the green German company Freestyle bike beside the Trickstar? I don't remember what it was but it was SIC!

That Bike is a PTR Trickstyler, build by a German Trick Team in the early 80ies...
We always wanted one of those, but at the age of 12 no one could afford one.....
And now it's extremely difficult to get one, unfortunately....
One reason might be, that the stability was not the very best.

We used to buy stuff from this shop as kids! Really, today he got more bikes and stuff than in the 80ies, it's really amazing!
A few weeks ago I bought a pair of Peregrine Master wheels in pink, NOS and stored since 25 years!
Rainer is a very friendly and more than helpful guy! With every BMX problem!

But I'm a bit confused... I always thought, in the US, shops like this one are just usual ;-)

Absolutely. I've known Dieter for some time, and he's bought some nice things from me. Rainer's Bike Shop is also now officially one the very first Hutch Authorized Dealers, and will be offering new Hutch product for sale to the European market from his awesome museum/store.
