A great survivor bike
I have just finished restoring this bike. I cleaned up the frame and other chrome parts using just a bit of fine steel wool and machine oil - worked a treat!

Original Parts
* DB bars and stem
* Takagi 175mm cranks
* Suzue high flange hubs - spin perfect
* Black Araya 7x rims in very good condition (original but re-anodised)
* Dia-compe brakes and frame clips
* Kashimax Aero seat (with new stickers)
* SR seat clamp (original but polished as it was scratched)
* Sugino chainring (original but re-anodised as it was faded)
New parts
* Repop stickers (decided to go silver instead of the original gold)
* Repop pads
* Faun F1 grips
* New black MKS pedals
* New black fluted seat post
* New chrome plated double butted spokes
* Rainbow label Comp III tyres
I have tried to keep it as original as possible.
Any other OS Whyalla riders out there?

Nice win fella, I've a front DC890 in Black, though the pedals would have originally been MKS DB, not KKT. Later on they were Chrome plated Custom SR (1983 models).
