Was 87 the only year with 990's?  Or did 88 have them too?

Yeah both framesets are NOS, the peregrine mags tend to bleach out really well, better than tuffs

Re: Haro Sports lets see'em

I like the color relic.

Ceazar: as far as I know the 87-88 had the 990 mounts. I have both of the year catalogs and they both have them. Now I am not claiming to be the haro guru either so I could be wrong.

Yep. Both 87 and 88 have them, they're the exact same frame & fork, Just offered in different color schemes.

Re: Haro Sports lets see'em

My '85 Sport, got on a trade in 1990. Most likely was all pink before I had it, one of five ever made. Pink matches my pink '85 Master

Re: Haro Sports lets see'em

I thought they were both 990 bikes.  Did they make an 88.5 sport like the master w/o them?

Yep, the 88.5 (last half of the year) had no 990 mounts on some of them, those also came without the chrome rear triangle.

they never actually made an 88.5 master without 990's.
Just the sports smile

Re: Haro Sports lets see'em

Awsome bikes everyone.

Chromey
I did a search for haro sport images on yahoo and found that. I just checked out the OS BMX web site and it is pretty cool. Love your post about pics of endo's. and your pics here rock. Also on your current 86 build what kind of levers are those, I like'em.

Thx Jer, I'm humbled that you like it. To follow up with Matts' comment, hboost just sold an 88.5 with no 990 mounts.

Thats what confused the hell out of me.  I thought the 87 and 88's were all 990 bikes.  His has an 88 build year and i thought maybe 88's did not have them.....

All cleared up.  thanks guys..
