Re: 1983 Torker 280X

Mine is a 85 torker 2 = Freestyle 280 Air. I have SR cranks also. But I have an Acs rotor and rotor stem Nos. I have the old ones with paint all over them somewhere too. Gt laybacks are the shit. I have quite a few. 1 is nos. Also have the Dyno drainpipe nos. I have the mx brake levers with the 2 finger spots. acs seat post clamp. My bike was originally light blue. Never seen one like it. I think silver would be bad ass. Maybe Ill get it airbrushed to say Torker = Freestyle 280 air in red.

I have a ton of parts for sale on this site check it out. http://bmxmuseum.com/forums/viewtopic.p … 3#p1075763

Re: 1983 Torker 280X

Nice Torker! I remember when my buddy bought his back in 83. He still has the frame to this day, but that's about all he has left of it. He's been talking about rebuilding it, as funds permit. cool

Re: 1983 Torker 280X

nice build on the torker... how are the new redline cranks?
I have my old 401 redline cranks, and was wondering how the new
double bolt cranks hold up.
I like the wheels, very chromey...
Very nice ride you got there, sourrox.. big_smile
