Re: 2004 Specialized S-Works Hemi 24

Nope, I had it on ebay a while back.  These days are not good for selling a bike like this.smile

Anyway, I think I'm out of my financial trouble and its still 3 feet away from me.

I can't take credit for the build.  Only the polishing and a few minor mods.

Re: 2004 Specialized S-Works Hemi 24

How do you use the disc brakes with this frame?  Is there something you can buy or was this mount fabricated?  I would like to try it myself.  I bid on this bike on ebay, and I don't think it met the reserve.  This is probably my favorite bike on this site.

After you polish the frame, do you use a clear coat on it?  What polishing compound do you use?  Thanks for any help you can give.

Fork was custom with disc mount.  Specialized makes an adapter for the rear brake.

No clear coat, just constant polishing....lol.  I use Maguire's paste...got it at wal-mart, ccouldn't happier with it.

I dont like the forks (just a personal thing I dont like the triple clamp style) but the rest of the bike is very much to my taste!
