the best part is I have little to no money invested. I found most of my own stuff so it was pennies on the dollar. I sold almost all my freestyle stuff I found. (no nobbies no good ) in my book. so I really did not miss that stuff. and it has all but paid for every thing I now own. owe ya I had alot more nice stuff about two weeks ago but sold it to get my VDC. I could not be happier.

As most of you know, DemonGT and I collect & build bikes together ... but I personally have 5 completes, and 1 almost complete. Dan can chime in when he gets home from work with his count. I also have no idea how much $$ I've/we've spent but its up there with why didn't we pay the car off? lol

I have about 30 frames altogether,and parts to assemble at least half,right now about 6 or 7 are assembled,due to space and maintenance issues,most of those assembled are serious riding bikes,one for errands et al,and being that I have being buying stuff forever I wouldnt have an idea of how much I spent,but it's all gladly.

Lost count on nunber of bikes a while ago and really scared to add the shear volume of money that went into them all but I know it was over $25,000 years ago. In fact I have changed the collection around since these pictures and added more!

4 Complete and 2 shy a few parts. All of my collection is posted here. I think a picture of the parts pile not organized would be frowned on. I also have a bunch of other parts around as well. Someone said here & I agree 1000%. The bills were paid then the money spent is like money in the bank. Mostly !

let me answer on behalf of EVERYONE:

How many bikes do you have ? not enough

How much have you spent ? too much

I started in February, 2008-
Someday I'll get all of the keepers in the museum.

For everything listed below I've spent less than $1000, but I have paid for all of it through profits from selling bikes, so I'm ahead if you don't count my time.

1982 Kuwahara ET complete found it stock
1982 Kuwahara ET (yes, 2 of them) complete found it stock
1986 Schwinn Predator Freeform complete found it stock
1999 Diamondback Viper complete found it stock
1988 Haro Response complete found it almost stock
1989 Elf double butted cruiser frame only
1998 Powerlite 24" cruiser complete (this is what I ride)
1996 Redline Proline complete found it almost stock (I will ride this one when I'm done cleaning it.)

bikes I haven't memorized the dates on since my kids ride them- mostly late 1990's early 2000's
GT mini (7 year old son)
Dyno VFR (13 year old daughter)
GT speed series 0.5 (10 year old daughter)
Free Agent air strike (extra for friends)
SE Wildman (my ride, maybe for my wife someday...)
