82 or so black hutch pre s/n non drilled forks complete bike cost ummm alot! i would say $1200

83 skyway ta rider $600 still needs pedals

84 skyway ta show bike $close to $1400 or more so far still waiting on cranks hubs and needing tires

84 skyway ta xl rider $1000 still needing a chain and seatpost

hutch judge chrome f/f $alot

all bikes are rough estimates i prolly have alot more into em than that just cant add to well in my head at work without having the bikes in front of me

1 bike...more than that makes no sense to me. Worth over 3 grand partswise.

I got completely sideways on the 20inch BMX bike thing.
came to these sites to get rid of old bikes so I'd just have one left and ended up with too danged many somehow.
I've been giving bikes to friends and family as quickly as I can find a recipient for them.
I'm down to 1 complete, and 3 projects that I'm going to build and send off somewhere.

And this is the selection I'm forcing myself to stick with for 20in bikes. gotta draw the personal line somewhere, eh?

Probably 30 or so complete... and a crapload of parts everywhere... I don't count them... I also don't keep track of what I've spent. As long as the bills are paid it's all good.

just in my room i have 6 completes, and on my closed in deck i have 3 completes and 3 frames. the basement has 3 f/f setups, and outside under the deck there is 4 frames. no idea how much money in them tho. lost track lol

75 +/- I know I missed something.

I do allot of trading and I get most of my bikes locally, and I am lucky enough to have gotten allot of them from the original owners.

I have too many bikes and have spent too much on them!!!!!!!

I have actually got rid of most of my spare stuff and most of my projects too
now I have:

1989 dyno compe
1992 gt pft
1987 haro master
1994 gt 24'
199? gt zaskar mtb
and a unicycle with old mid school parts

all in all over the last few years I might have 3500- 4000 in everything
including all the stuff I have since let go and all the powdercoat jobs  the numbers above reflect every thing
I have since got a return on some of that expense due to selling off a few bikes I had here.

Parts to (almost) build up two bikes, plus a spare part here & there.
I just worked it out, approx £2300 not including postage, so probably £2500 (about $3700 at today's exchange rate).
Scary, I'd have guessed about £1000 before working it out.

Would I make my money back? Maybe if all parts sold seperately, but the £ is worth less nowadays so maybe not in real terms plus some items are limited appeal.

In the Winter time the inventory is on the low side, but here is the pile that I have right now, I'm too lazy to count 'em as they are hooked together like a bunch of unwanted clotheshangers. I sell about 300 bikes a year during the riding season so the Mrs. doesn't say much about the ones I keep. Cheers
