Chrome is shot it was bad rust from a tropical climate and this is the aftermath of overnight vinger and unfortunately too far gone. Decals look good maybe can be salvaged removed from a heat gun to make a template to reproduce? There are no replacement tailwhip decals available so this would be a good opportunity to create one. Your call.
