Uni beam aluminum seatpost, made in USA in Aloha Oregon. Built with inner rib for support, 22mm, signs of use with clamp rings on the ends from over tightening. Color is still pretty good and super light weight,  actually only 148 grams as it has been cut by 1.5" so it measures at 12.5 in overall length.
