Kappa Chrome pad set. Made by retro fit. This set has been modified. Top tube pad was made short for the shorter Starsky frame. Also the top tube pad has been cut to fit the London Mod for braking. The stem pad has been modified to allow pots mod. This set has some wear marks, but has only been used for display, and stored.
