The ONLY NOS Kappa Starsky decal set.
In 2003 Kappa made 15 Starskys, each one had a decal set made for it. Only 14 of those Kappas got those decals. The remaining set I purchased from Scott Hice the owner of Kappa. Comes with original letter, and receipt from Kappa.  Here it is, in its glory. Get it now.
