1985 Vortex
Rare Aussie Race Bike
This Vortex is one of the earliest built after Suparoo became Vortex and is the only one I’ve seen with the oval down tube. Gary Mills from Elizabeth Star Cycles who had these frames made suggested to me that he thinks it is sporting it’s original paint and decals.
These frames were welded by Graham Stevens who made other highly sought after Australian frames such as Super LA and Crisp
All parts on the bike are original finish
