1999 Terrible One Barcode

Kastan made Barcode frame.

I call this bike the "Burlington Barcode" because it was originally purchased at Albe's by my best friend Cale's mom.  She bribed him with this frame so that he WOULD play football after he started riding BMX more than playing school sports (hahaha).  It has changed hands about 4 other times since the original owner, all through guys from my original riding crew - the KKT Family.  I wanted this frame SO BAD when my friend Cale originally had it.  I ended up scoring it through a trade through the last owner.  It has been sitting in my garage for about 5 years.  The wheel set, rear tire, lever and brakes all came from myself or my original crew.  I decided I wanted to try to build it up to replicate the famous 360 turndown Primo poster that every Joe Rich fan had hanging on their wall growing up, but with a little bit of the King Kong Trails crew touch for some added flavor.
