1980 Takara Outlaw

This is a 1980 Takara Outlaw. I got this bike for Christmas in 1980 when I was 10 years old. I remember going to the bike store with my mom and picking it out. Best Christmas morning ever! The frame and forks are original, and I repainted them base coat clear coat with matching factory color and the decals were as close to original as I could get. Almost everything else is from pork chop and planet bmx. From what I've researched the Takara and the Kuwahara were manufactured in the same plant. It has Dia Compe Tech 2 lever, Dia Compe MX 1000 caliper, and Viscount Dominator seat. Set up just like I had it in the 80s.
