New school drilled for gyro tabs!

Found this bike on Craigslist for cheap.  It was in mint condition and hardly ridden.  I returned to BMX after a nearly 30 year break and just wanted a bike to get back into it. When I got this home I realized there were no gyro tabs and it was really designed to be brakeless!  Decided to get a tap&die and drill it out myself.  First few pics are stock, later pics are with the gyro installed and front fork with bosses for brakes.  I really like how this bike rides, light and short geometry makes for a decent flatlander.

The drill out project was not that hard.  I measured and drew lines in pencil to center the tabs. Using a metal punch I made a divot so the drill bit wouldn't walk.  I then tapped it out to 4mm-0.7 and the gyro tabs threaded right in.
