1985 Sling Shot Pro
ORIGINAL FACTORY FINISH, "RARE" CHROME FACTORY FORK & "MOST RARE" FACTORY BARS PARTED OUT
THIS SLINGSHOT WAS 137TH BUILT IN 1985, JUST 65 UNITS AFTER MY BLACK ONE. THE FACTORY BARS ARE MOUNTED ON RED TUFF-NECK STEM AND HAVE RED & WHITE OAKLEY B-1 GRIPS. The Crank is White Bullseye 175MM w/ Red Suntour 45T Chainring and Shimano DX Pedals. Bullseye Red & White Hubs are mounted to ProClass Series II Alloy Rims with White Comp III style tires. Red Kashimax Seat on GT Post w/ Hutch Sticker and Red Suntour Clamp. Brake is Chrome Dia-Compe MX900 with Chrome Dia-Compe MX Lever and Dia-Compe Pads. Parts were on hand for building a White Redline MXII so when I acquired this frame I scrapped that project and used the parts on the SlingShot. This is the way I wanted it built, but am now considering rebuilding with Blue Parts.
