1981 Schwinn Cruiser 5 26
This is my rider, cruiser, and favorite bike! A BIG Schwinn Cruiser 5 with 26" Teny Mags on it. This took a lot of time to complete, and I LOVE how this rides!
DJ/EFX built this for me and it was nothing like it is now. After a year of riding it, we broke it down and sent the frame out for powder coating. I got a pair of 26" Teny Alloy Mag rims with a 5speed cluster on the rear, so the cruiser gears were set. Added a black Tough Neck & Pad set, from DJ/EFX and then Ronny at S & S Anodizing did the brake calipers, handlebars, and seat post clamp all in blue. This is the Bigger version of my 69 Stingray that I posted (black and blue rims) that i just got old skool cruiser bars for, and we are building a bike trailer to go behind this cruiser with a cooler and portable DJ rig to ride to the block party! I need a front tube Schwinn badge if someone has one!
