1994 S&M Holmes
new school inspired
Its long been my thought that bmx geometry was at its best in the mid school S&M frames of the early to mid 90s and I think the new school frames will slowly move back that way, higher stand over, steeper head tube etc. All but the long back end I think they will stay shorter around 14". I wanted to build up a ride with a new school flavour so I can head down to the skatepark or dirt jumps and not have any issues.
And here is the result. The frame is powdered a flat black. I had a friend in USA make some pads and a seat for me out of deer skin check this link out to see who makes them and how they are done.http://nativebmx.com...ther-is-coming/I made the decals myself from a scan I had of a set of Holmes decals, cut them out and put em on so its definitely a labour of love.
