1984 Redline Prostyler

I got this frame back in the day when I was about 13-14 years old. I had an 85 Haro FST ( dayglow red) and felt that I needed something bigger. I ended up trading frames and forks w/ an old friend of mine.( God knows what happened to the forks)  I learned about 90% of the tricks I knew on this frame till I retired it in place of an 85 Haro Sport because i cracked it around the seat clamp ( where all the OS frames used to crack ) learning Hang 5`s

I didn't have the heart to trash the frame so it stayed in my moms garage up in the rafters for over 20 years. I got back into it and it was great to see that my old friend was still intact. ( cept for the crack). I was shocked that the chrome did not rust to oblivion. Even all the grip tape and OG stickers from back then survived. I plan on building this back close to the way I had it back then.

UPDATE: Just recently for the past few weeks i`ve been putting it together. Special thanks to DaGRyde for fixing the crack. He did a Phenomenal job. So here it is all done and riding. The rear brake is a Weinmann 750 centerpull that I had back then. Tires are the Comp ST look alikes from Porkchop. They look alot like the originals. Peregrine HP48`s w/Suzue hubs. Bike rides solid and feels rather light for a freestyle bike. Hope u guys like it
