Updated pic with 8.5 Haro chromo bar and eastern top load stem. Bars are actually 8.25" rise but have been cut narrow.
Bought this frame a few years ago. Supposedly raced 1 season, rider moved up a frame, been in storage since. Condition supports the story.
Built as a rider for my daughter.
