RALEIGH R11 (Rampar)
Spent its whole life indoors, bought from a bike shop in Toronto, lived her in Vancouver at Ride On.
Got gifted to the Canadian Beast as it was the same as his 1st proper bike where it was stored and displayed.
Lived at another one of our shops hanging in the rafters for 10+ years.
Finally willing to let it go, still to get any brake ware! Only has minor shop wear.
These are similar to the Rampar R11,
JG80 serial, probably built at Koizumi built with 4130 tubing.
Aluminum Bars, Suntour Stem, Suntour Seatclamp, Kashimax MX seat, Sugino Super Maxy Cranks, Araya rims, Suzue hubs, Snakebelly tires, Lee Chi Brakes.
Pretty shining example of a high end bike from 1980/81 that has never really seen the great outdoors!
Serial number suggests 1980 for the frame, cranks are dated 1981.
So hard to find a spec on these bikes so this may have been upgraded at the original bike shop!
