Frame :2001 Pro Concept 6061 aluminum very light frame 3/8" rear drop outs. I was told by the person I bought this there was only 25 made like this in white 22.5 tt I measured it and it and it is 22.5". The top tube is 24 inches from the front of stem all the way to the chain stay but measured correctly it is 22.5
